For The Future Ghana launched its flagship project — The FTF Village — on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at the Accra City Hall.

The event, dubbed “Building The Future: A Collective Approach; One Child At A Time”, was graced by renowned Ghanaian personalities including Rev. Dr. Joyce Aryee as the Guest Speaker and Hon. Joe Ghartey (MP for Essikado-Ketan) as the Chairperson; with Naa Ashorkor and Eddy Acquah as the MCs.
Kezia Asiedua Sanie, the founder and president of FTF Ghana, gave the opening speech; she briefly narrated the journey of the organisation and highlighted their outreaches and initiatives. She further indicated the need for the FTF Village and how they plan to ensure that the project is accomplished.
The highlight of the event, however, was the unveiling of the 3D concept of the FTF Village.
The FTF Village, when completed, is expected to be home for orphans, homeless kids, and other disadvantaged children who are between the ages of 5 and 18. The facility, according to the FTF team, would accommodate 100 children at a time.

he facility, which would be located at Adukrom-Aprebi in the Eastern Region of Ghana, is expected to be completed within ten years (between 2021 to 2031); and would cost approximately GHC13.4million.
The FTF Village will be made up of various facilities including an administrative block with 50 seater conference, accommodation block, school block, talent/skill training block, room and offices, a 200 capacity auditorium.
It will also have recreational facilities, a cafeteria, an eco-farm, Air BnB, a 10 unit staff ensuite apartment, and sparsely spaced summer huts.
The implementation of the project is expected to be done in three phases. Phase one entails purchasing and walling of the land, obtaining architectural drawings, constructing basic facilities, purchasing a school bus, and commencing the eco-farm.
Phase two will see the completion of the talent/skill training block, levelling of internal roads, blockwork of auditorium and cafeteria to plastering, and setting out the recreational facilities.
Phase three of the implementation will entail the completion of the recreational facilities, asphalt of internal roads, and commencement and completion of Air BnB.
To achieve this, FTF Ghana is seeking financial support from well-meaning Ghanaians.
